Julian Assange reportedly about to be kicked out of Ecuadorian embassy

The situation of the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, an asylum seeker at the Ecuadorian embassy in London, came to the fore during President Lenin Moreno " s visit to the United Kingdom and Spain this week.

The Australian national has resided in Ecuador's London embassy since 2012, after he breached bail in relation to sexual assault allegations he faced in Sweden.

Mr Moreno said on Friday any eviction of Mr Assange from the embassy had to be carried out correctly and through dialogue, but he displayed no sympathy for the Wikileaks founder's political agenda as a leaker of confidential documents.

"That's why all we want is the guarantee that his life will not be in danger". "The only person I have never spoken to is Mr. Assange", Moreno said.

The climax of the film is set in Kashmir and both director McQuarrie and star Tom Cruise have gone at length about featuring the region in the film.

"Ecuadoreans know how he (Moreno) operates". At a recent event in Madrid, the Ecuadorean president was quoted as saying: "I have never been in favour of Mr Assange's activity".

"[Moreno] talks about a dialogue, but everything has already been agreed with the United Kingdom government, especially after Vice President Pence's visit to Ecuador a few weeks ago", Correa said.

"I expect (Assange) to lose his asylum status imminently". A Downing Street spokesperson told CNN that discussions were "ongoing" but that a time frame for Assange's departure from the embassy had not been discussed.

"We are constantly talking with the British Government, with the ambassador, who is their representative in Ecuador", he said.

Trump later tweeted that work on documents was "moving along quickly", adding that the meeting with Juncker had "great warmth". Juncker responded by thanking the president and called it a "good, constructive meeting".

"We are preparing to defend him in the British courts and will fight extradition to the US".

In March, Assange lost his access to the Internet and a telephone after Ecuador said he had violated an agreement not to comment on other countries' internal affairs. Efforts to have an arrest warrant against Assange dropped by the United Kingdom failed earlier this year.

In a television interview in January, Moreno described Assange's stay as an "inherited problem" and "more than a nuisance".
