Let me speak! Stormy Daniels offers to return $130000

Stephanie Clifford, a pornographic actress known professionally as "Stormy Daniels", offered Monday to return the $130,000 payment she received in October 2016 for her continued silence about an alleged affair with President Donald Trump.

In exchange, Clifford wants to end the deal she made with Cohen not to discuss a relationship she says she had with Trump starting in July 2016 and lasting almost a year.

The actress and director on Monday sent a letter to Cohen in which she offered to wire the money to any account chosen by the president, according to the New York Times.

Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said Cohen must respond by noon Tuesday. Clifford reportedly received $130,000 directly from Cohen in 2016, shortly before the USA presidential election, to remain quiet about the alleged sexual relationship she's said she had with Trump.

Patriots Acquire Danny Shelton In Trade With Browns
The New England Patriots quickly addressed their need at defensive tackle by replacing Alan Branch on their defensive front. A first-round pick in 2015, the 6-foot-2, 335-pound Shelton has started all but three games in his three-year career.

Daniels signed a nondisclosure agreement and received a settlement but is challenging its validity.

If Mr Trump's lawyers accept the offer, Ms Clifford will be able to talk about both the relationship - which the President and his lawyer deny - and the alleged attempts to buy her silence.

"If he's been open and honest with the American people, and his attorney Mr. Cohen has truly been open and honest with the American people, then I guess he doesn't have anything to fear from discovery", Avenatti said.

Speaker Ryan Applauds President Trump for Efforts to Hold Trade Abusers Accountable
Lawmakers from both parties said Trump's action on trade would hurt the economy and increase prices for consumers and businesses. The competing economic instincts that are dividing Trump from the rest of his Republican Party were on full display Thursday.

One problem, though: Trump never bothered to sign the confidentiality agreement that accompanied the six-figure deal, according to a lawsuit filed last week by Daniels and her attorney, Michael Avenatti.

"Just a few days before, there had been a debate with Donald Trump schlepping Bill Clinton's accusers in order to make his wife, who was his opponent, uncomfortable", Navarro said. "If the allegations prove true it is hard to argue credibly that hush money payments to cover up an affair between a presidential candidate and an adult film star, weeks before the election, were not meant to influence that election".

Trump can hope that the prospect of a libel suit will scare CBS out of airing the interview, or he can hope that further reporting will cause 60 Minutes to conclude that Daniels is not credible and thus abandon the interview for journalistic reasons.
