Strawn female football kicker makes history during UIL state championship game

Place-kicker K-Lani Nava enjoyed a historic Wednesday evening en route to helping the Strawn Greyhounds win a championship.

The senior from Strawn School booted nine extra points in 10 attempts for her winning team to become the first girl to score points in a Texas state championship game. She put in some major work to improve her kicking game, where in six-man football, extra points are worth two points and field goals are worth four. "I didn't really think about it too much today because I didn't it want it too much in my head and freak out", she added.

"It's fantastic", Nava said. They have also dispatched state-ranked foes in Garden City and Valley High Schools during that span.

The 27-year-old accusation would fall well outside the state's ten-year statute of limitations on rape and sexual assault cases. Now TMZ reports that Stallone is ready to have the woman who accused him prosecuted for filing a false police report.

Despite doing something nobody has before, Nava is downplaying what she did on the field.

"One chance", he told her, according to TexasFootball.com. She sure stormed back and remained a key member of Strawn's championship team. "All I anxious about was the ball getting on the tee and me making the right contact with it". "She did and she really did a good job", Lee said. "She's just another football player to us".
