Rest In Peace, Mel Tillis
The country music world is reacting to the death of Mel Tillis , who passed away Sunday (Nov. 19) after a long illness. He was also inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

"I am now living in fear of further action David might take", The Voice star says her request for the order of protection, obtained by TMZ.

"Mr. Otunga does not own a firearm, and the gun referenced in Ms. Hudson's petition was a prop that he used for an audition, just as he told her it was at the time she saw it in their house", Rizzo clarifies. Hudson, 36, alleged that Otunga, 37, had become physical with her and was a threat to her and their son. He reportedly asked his son to tape his mom because he believed she is dating a producer, which Hudson denies.

"Mr. Otunga only learned of the Order of Protection when the local police removed him from his home in the presence of the child at the direction of Ms. Hudson or her attorney", Rizzo explains.

Hudson added that she is anxious for her child's safety after her ex threatened to take their child away from her, and says Otunga pulled the minor out of school on November 10 and left town without her permission.
