Actress Paz De La Huerta Says Harvey Weinstein Raped Her Twice

The New York City Police Department said Friday that a 2010 rape accusation against Harvey Weinstein is "credible" and the Hollywood mogul would have faced immediate arrest if he were now in the state and the incident was more recent.

"He pushed me on the bed... and it happened all very suddenly", she told CBS News over the phone.

An attorney for company told a DE judge that Weinstein needs to be deposed to determine his true goal in demanding the documents, which she suggested is purely personal and thus not allowed under DE corporation law.

"He pushed me onto the bed and his trousers were down and he lifted up my skirt".

Watson left the game twice, including an early trip to the locker room at the end of the first half, but returned each time. Watson got up and felt his knee before it was looked it, but the person said no one believed the injury was season-ending.

The world-famous movie producer has come under fire, with dozens of women accusing him of sexually harassing or attacking them.

"I felt afraid. It wasn't consensual".

By the end of 2010, de la Huerta said she started drinking heavily and fell into depression.

The Manhattan district attorney's office has a senior prosecutor assigned to investigate de la Huerta's rape claims, AP reported.

And his performances have finally earned him his first England call up in five years. He's played very well for Manchester United. That's a style I want to have a look at.

His comment echoes a similar statement made by NYPD's Detective Nicholas DiGaudio, who told Vanity Fair, "I believe based on my interviews with Paz that from the NYPD standpoint, we have enough to make an arrest".

The first occurred when Weinstein demanded to come inside De la Huerta's apartment after driving her home, she said. When he was done he said he'd be calling me. "I did say no, and when he was on top of me I said, 'I don't want to do this.' He kept humping me and it was disgusting. He raped me." She says she never heard from Weinstein again after that night.

"We have an actual case here", Boyce said. Weinstein has denied having non-consensual sex with anyone.

Police in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and London are also investigating allegations against Weinstein.

Shah also reaffirmed his $500 price target on TSLA shares, which suggests a massive 51% upside from current levels. Year-to-date, TSLA has gained 55.15%, versus a 16.68% rise in the benchmark S&P 500 index during the same period.

De la Huerta said she was hesitant to go public with her story, but hopes her word, along with the evidence she said she's helped investigators collect, is enough to put Weinstein in jail.
