Allahabad High Court acquits Talwars

Sentenced to life imprisonment by the Ghaziabad CBI Court on November 26 2013, the appeal against this sentence was upheld by a division of the court comprising Justices BK Narayana and AK Mishra. This decision by the Allahabad HC was a big one as it accepted the plea from Rajesh and Nupur Talwar who were convicted of the murder of their own daughter earlier.

With the acquittal, the central question in the weird mystery resurfaces -- who killed the 14-year-old girl and the 45-year-old man.

The High Court also granted them bail and ordered the jail officials to release them immediately. I am hugely relieved that this has come to an end: Aarushi's grandfather.

Although the court verdict has put an end to an nearly a decade long legal process, several people on Twitter asked the most pressing question of 'who killed Aarushi?' Some of them even expressed concern if the Aarushi murder case will ever be untangled?

Trump, Trudeau differ on NAFTA talks
The proposals call for North American content, overall, to rise to 85 percent from the current 62.5 percent. Representatives of the auto industry warned some of the US demands could raise prices for vehicles.

However, the court rejected the CBI's claim of lack of evidence. "We are awaiting for the detailed judgement copy".

# The HC said that CBI could not substantiate evidence.

The three were later freed after no evidence was found against them. The Talwars were sentenced to life in prison in 2013.

# Allahabad High Court says that that there was no chain of evidence and we can't convict on the basis of mere suspicion.

Purslow: Klopp needs five years at Liverpool, not two
There was always too much at stake. "It is also the biggest game because United have played a lot of the lower teams, so this is their first real test".

The High Court acquitted Aarushi's parents Rajesh and Nupur Talwar of all criminal charges.

"The High Court observed that they have been punished wrongly".

Aarushi Talwar was found with her throat slit in her Noida residence on May 2008. The body of the family's domestic help, Hemraj, who was initially suspected of her murder, was found in a pool of blood on the terrace the following day.

CBI handed over the investigation to a new team in 2009, who suggested that the case should be closed as there were major gaps in the investigation.

Democrat stops just short of forcing House vote on Trump's impeachment
Green postponed introducing the articles of impeachment following the Las Vegas concert shooting. Any move to impeach before those probes are complete, they have said, would be premature.

Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah said today the police made a "total dog's breakfast" of the investigation in the Aarushi murder case. It, however, added that there was insufficient evidence against them.
