President Donald Trump held a Cabinet meeting from Camp David on Saturday while monitoring the effects of Hurricane Irma on the U.S.

President Donald Trump has urged any USA residents still in Hurricane Irma's path to "just get out of its way" and not worry about possessions, as he monitored the powerful storm's advance on Florida from the secluded Camp David presidential retreat.

Trump said he approved emergency declarations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Other administration officials joined in from the White House or Federal Emergency Management Agency headquarters in Washington. "We've all been working together".
