North Korea tortures, kills religious people: State Department report

Vietnam on Thursday criticized the U.S. State Department's annual worldwide religious freedom report, describing it as containing partial and false information about the country.

The International Religious Freedom Report, in its 19th year, states in an appendix on 2016 USA refugee policy that the United States recognizes resettlement as a "vital tool for providing refugees protection".

Tillerson held ISIS responsible for genocide along with crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing against the Yazidi, Christian and Shiite minorities in Iraq and Syria.
