CNN's Acosta Blasts Trump Over Charlottesville

CNN's Jim Acosta on Tuesday went off on Donald Trump's "strange, surreal stunning and baffling" press conference, explaining the world witnessed "a presidency go off the rails".

The reporter added that the White House had sent out talking points to Trump surrogates telling them to say that the president was "entirely correct" in blaming both sides.

"We had a press conference, we just had a press conference", Trump said, possibly referring to the day's early on-camera appearance by Trump where he read prepared remarks about Charlottesville.

Awan, who worked for more than two dozen House Democrats, was paid almost $2 million since 2004. Awan, 37, of Virginia, earlier pleaded not guilty to a single count of bank fraud.

When Acosta followed up with another question, Trump called him "fake news".

"It doesn't bother me at all but I like real news not fake news", Trump quipped, before landing the body blow: "You're fake news". You're fake news. Thank you everybody'.

Trump fans were treated yet again to a Trump / Acosta sparring match at Monday's White House signing ceremony which formalized trade actions against China to "safeguard our copyrights... and other intellectual property".

Nebraska unemployment rate drops in July
Maine's rate compared favorably against the national unemployment rate, which for July came in at 4.3 percent. The broader economic trends can be detected by focusing on the over-the-year changes in this data series.

'Haven't you spread a lot of fake news yourself, sir?' Acosta jabbed at the president as he left the room. "It has no place in America", he said. Reading a statement to the assembled media, he said "racism is evil..."

Trump did not immediately name the hate groups, but criticized "all sides" of the violence.

"It doesn't bother me at all", Trump declared.
