Indiana police to release new evidence in killing of 2 teens

Months after a grainy photograph showing a man believed to be connected to the slayings of two northern IN girls was released, authorities believe they have a clearer image of the man considered to be a main suspect IN the case.

State police have released a composite sketch of a man considered the main suspect in the killings of two northern in girls. Sgt. Kim Riley tells FOX59 the sketch is the result of information to the tip line and follow-up investigations in the past couple of weeks.

He's the person police believe is connected to the murders of Abigail "Abby" Williams and Liberty Rose Lynn "Libby" German.

Fourteen-year-old Liberty German vanished with 13-year-old Abigail Williams on February 13 while hiking near Delphi, about 60 miles (100 kilometers) northwest of Indianapolis.

The next day, their bodies were found. His eye color is unknown.

German and Williams were dropped off near the Monon High Bridge Trail near Delphi, but when a family member came to pick them up they weren't there. The sketch also depicts a hat, which may not be accurate. Police ask that you focus on the facial features of the man in the sketch.
