Arsenal extend Takuma Asano's loan deal at VfB Stuttgart by further season

Back last Summer, Arsenal announced that they had signed the promising forward from Sanfrecce Hiroshima before loaning him out to VfB Stuttgart.

None of those clauses were triggered though, allowing Asano to remain at the club for whom he scored four goals and set up four more last season for another season as he continues to build his burgeoning reputation.

Arsenal striker Takuma Asano will continue to ply his trade with VfB Stuttgart for a second successive season after failing to meet the criteria required to acquire a United Kingdom work permit.

Arsenal will reportedly loan Takuma Asano to Stuttgart for a second season after experiencing problems securing a work permit for the Japanese attacker.
