Portugal and Mexico draw 2-2 in Confederations Cup
Having a Confederations Cup exactly one year ahead of the World Cup, at peak time for European leagues, would not be acceptable. The duo scored goals in the same match three other times - World Cup qualifiers against Hungary, Andorra and the Faroe Islands.

The incident, one of several deaths of black men and boys shot by USA police, sparked outrage and protests in St Paul. Valerie Castile, mother of Philando Castile, points to the sky during a news conference outside the Ramsey County Courthouse in St. Paul, Minn., on Friday, June 16, 2017.

Minnesota State Police spokeswoman Lt. Tiffani Nielson said in a news release Saturday that officers began arresting protesters at 12:30 a.m. after issuing three warnings for them to get off of Interstate 94 in St. Paul. In all, 18 people were arrested in a situation that could have been much worse. Lines were set up well away from the protesters on the freeway and police waited them out.

Yanez, 29, was charged with second-degree manslaughter - the first time a police officer had been charged with the death of a citizen in Minnesota. During an opening speech at the gathering, she said she hopes to see intersectional solidarity between movements like the Women's March and previous protests in response to the shooting death of Philando Castile. He was acquitted on all counts, including second-degree manslaughter and two felony counts of risky discharge of a firearm. He says the jury sympathizes with Castile's family.
