Bill Cosby's Accuser Tells Horrifying Story of Abuse During Testimony

She also said Cosby was mentoring her for a career in sports broadcast.

According to her testimony, Constand said she first met Cosby at a basketball game in the fall of 2002, when she was director of basketball operations at Temple University. Somebody that I trusted.

In August of that year, Constand testified, she asked Cosby's representatives for tickets for her and her family to see his show in Toronto. "A mentor", she said.

The stage was set for her testimony after prosecutors used the first day and a half of the trial to argue that Cosby made a habit of knocking women out with pills and then molesting them.

Constand told jurors she had only spoken with Cosby a handful of times, all related to her administrative job with the women's basketball program at Temple.

Her claim is the only one to reach court because the time limits on all the others have run out.

Her long-awaited showdown with the 79-year-old comedian's lawyers became bogged down Wednesday in an examination of her phone records and police statements, and the defense couldn't budge her off her account of molestation and broken trust. "I wasn't able to (stop him from penetrating me)".

Andrea Constand is the former Temple University employee who claims that Bill Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 2004.

"The next thing I recall is putting my two feet on the ground and feeling my brassiere up higher around my neck and I looked at my watch", she said, wiping a tear away from her left eye.

Twenty minutes later, Constand said, she slurred her words, had trouble seeing, her mouth felt cottony, and she had trouble walking.

Ms Johnson, who worked for a talent agency representing Mr Cosby, alleges she woke up partially clothed in the comedian's bed with him behind her, grunting, before he forced her to touch his genitals. "In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move and my legs to move, and those messages were frozen".

But the prime minister said her new government would now prepare for discussions in 10 days time. European Union negotiators will want to know who they're dealing with.

"So you knew - you were alone at his home - that Mr. Cosby was interested in you romantically?" Constand initially told police about the incident in 2005, but the then-district attorney declined to press charges against Cosby. Cosby was not charged with any crimes at the time of Constand's original allegations, but he did settle a civil suit with her out of court in 2006.

Gianna Constand says she bought a phone recorder in hopes of catching Cosby confessing to harming her daughter at his suburban Philadelphia home.

"Why Camille is not here is something only Camille can comment on and she has chosen not to do so", Allred said.

Part of the defense's focus Wednesday also involved inconsistencies in Constand's initial report to Pennsylvania police the year after the incident.

She said she felt humiliated and confused, and wanted to go home, but doesn't remember what happened the next morning before leaving Cosby's home. She said she felt his hand in her vagina and he placed her hand on his penis. He said her testimony hastened a settlement of the workers' compensation claim for around $10,000.

"When I had finished my meal, Mr. Cosby again came and sat down beside me and at some point, he sat very close to me and commented on my trousers, and touched the side of my waist and then took his hand and attempted to unbutton my top button", she alleged.
