17th Suspect Arrested in Connection With Manchester Bombing

British police today evacuated an area in south Manchester after identifying a vehicle that "may be significant to the investigation" into last week's terror attack that killed 22 people.

The man was arrested in the inner-city Manchester neighborhood of Rusholme.

ISIS has claimed that "a soldier of the caliphate" carried out the Manchester attack, which killed 22 people, including children, after an Ariana Grande concert May 22.

According to the report, the 22-year-old Abedi had met with the Islamist group during trips to Sabratha and Tripoli, Libya, where he linked up with a group known as Katibat al-Battar al-Libi.
