Police report gives details in DUI arrest of Woods

Jupiter police discovered Woods early Monday on the side of the road, with his auto running, its brake lights illuminated and right turn signal flashing, according to the arrest report released earlier Tuesday.

His police report, obtained and published by several media outlets, said Woods was "co-operative" and "confused" when found by police, with "extremely slow and slurred speech".

Woods said on Monday an unexpected reaction to legal drugs led to his DUI arrest and that "alcohol was not involved".

Woods was given a breathalyser test, and twice blew a 0.000, according to police.

"I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions", Woods said in a statement to ABC News.

Jose Mourinho on Antoine Griezmann, Man Utd and Monaco GP
But he spoke of his gratitude to Jose Mourinho for making him first choice in the victorious Europa League campaign. In sporting terms, though, this was a key victory at the end of an arduous 64-game season for United .

Woods has since denied alcohol was involved and blamed a reaction to prescribed medications he is taking, presumably for the back issues which have continued to hamper his efforts to return to golf and restricted him to just 19 events on the PGA Tour since the end of 2013.

"Whether this is just a misunderstanding. or if he had some medication problems, a mixture of some - I really don't know", Stricker said.

His arraignment is scheduled for July 5.

"I want to thank my doctors for their great work and support throughout this process".

He was also cited for improper parking. He had a fourth back surgery on April 20, and just five days ago reported on his website that the fusion surgery brought instant relief from pain and that he "hasn't felt better in years". Nike said there is "no change in our relationship with Tiger", while Bridgestone said they were aware of the incident but declined to make further comment.

The 'Business Case' for Paris Is Bunk
All signatories to the United Nations climate change treaty have signed onto the Paris accords except for Syria and Nicaragua. Donald Trump is expected to withdraw the United States from the Paris climate accord , according to a White House official .

"I would like to apologize with all my heart to my family, friends and the fans", Woods said Monday.

"What happened to the young man we all thought we knew..."

"We can't say Tiger's never going to play again because this happened on Monday and his has life spiraled out of control", Scott said.

"I feel bad for Tiger", he said. Just as it is hard for golf fans to reconcile that version of Woods with the 2017 edition, so too is it hard for Woods's peers.

Since he became a professional golfer in 1996, Woods has gained a great deal of wealth, fame, and success.

Wenger signs 2-year contract to remain as Arsenal manager
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has agreed a new two-year contract, extending his 21-year reign at the club. He said : "First of all, we have a very heavy squad at the moment so maybe we might lose some players.

Woods told police he had taken medications including Soloxex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx. He needs our help. "But I'm not a doctor", said Nicklaus. His Jupiter Island estate, which he purchased for $54.5 million in 2011, is about nine miles away from the scene of his arrest. Woods tried to tie his shoes by placing his foot on the grill of the cruiser and almost lost his balance, and eventually he just took them off.
