British Airways Monday Flight Update

BA aree hoping to operate the majority of their services from Heathrow today and are running a "near normal" schedule from Gatwick.

British Airways travelers are enduring a third day of disruption on Monday, a national holiday in the United Kingdom, thanks to the ongoing fallout from a major computer system crash that affected 75,000 customers over the weekend.

LONDON, May 28 (Reuters) - British Airways resumed some flights from Britain's two biggest airports on Sunday after a global computer system failure sowed chaos, grounding planes and leaving thousands of passengers queuing for hours.

Dozens more flights from Heathrow were canceled.

The UK carrier has scrapped nearly 600 flights since Saturday because of a computer failure and is still processing thousands of passengers who missed flights or lost their luggage.

Many passengers complained about a lack of information from the airline.
