North Korea accuses Central Intelligence Agency of plot to kill leader Kim Jong

North Korea has accused the USA and South Korea of attempting to assassinate leader Kim Jong Un with a "bio-chemical substance".

Earlier today, North Korea's Ministry of State Security accused South Korea and the C.I.A. of the United States of America of plotting to assassinate its leader Kim Jong-un reported Korea's Yonhap News.

In an extraordinary 1,800-word report Friday, which offered no evidence other than account laced with fantastical language, North Korean state news agency KCNA said a "hideous terrorist group" conspired with the CIA and South Korea's Intelligence Service (IS) to mount the attack.

It claimed that a terrorist group, back by South Korea and the Central Intelligence Agency, had entered the country to attack with a bio-chemical substance.

It also said it expects operating profit of 53.2 trillion Korean won for 2017, which if achieved, would be Samsung's highest ever. The report claims that 300,000 devices the total three to four million of recalled units will be made available in South Korea.

Recent tests by North Korea have drawn global condemnation, with Beijing becoming increasingly frustrated itself at these test and have shown no opposition to increased sanctions.

The CIA and Seoul's Intelligence Services (IS) have "ideologically corrupted and bribed a DPRK citizen surnamed Kim" to carry out the attack on Jong-Un, the statement said.

Eight North Koreans were named suspects in the case, though North Korea has denied any involvement and claimed that Malaysia colluded with South Korea on its probe into the case.

The North's ministry claimed that South Korean intelligence agents conspired with the CIA and bribed a North Korean timber worker surnamed Kim in Russian Federation in June 2014 and turned him into a terrorist.

"They hatched a plot of letting human scum Kim commit bomb terrorism targeting the supreme leadership during events at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and at military parade and public procession after his return home", KCNA said, according to a Reuters translation. South Korea's intelligence service told CNN they know nothing about the alleged plot.

South Korea's Yonhap news agency quoted South Korea's Defense Minister Han Min Koo as saying on January 4 that South Korea would launch a special unit this year tasked with "removing or paralyzing" North Korea's command structure in the event of a war. "This Bill gives the administration a powerful tool to cut off North Korea's funding by going after those who do business with the regime".

The statement called the plot equivalent to "the declaration of a war" by the United States against North Korea.
