Blue Jays player scores with spectacular dive over catcher

During the seventh inning of Tuesday's game between the Blue Jays and Cardinals, a Kevin Pillar triple scored Coghlan for a run that was nothing short of incredible. A pinch-hit two-run homer by Jose Martinez off Joe Biagini erased the margin and then after Jose Bautista delivered an RBI single in the ninth inning off old friend Brett Cecil, Dexter Fowler responded in kind off Roberto Osuna. Stroman raced home from second when shortstop Aledmys Diaz threw wide of first on Ezequiel Carrera's two-out bouncer for St. Louis' fourth error of the game. He flipped when the Cardinals catcher started to stand up, his right arm and right shoulder hitting the plate before he came down and well before Molina had a chance to tag him.

In the top of the seventh inning against the St. Louis Cardinals, a man achieved flight. Coughlan rounded third and superman jumped over Yadier Molina to give the Blue Jays a 3-2 lead. The Blue Jays won 6-5 in 11 innings.
