Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+ Adopts Google Play Music as Default Music Player

Google has played a strong hand here - not only has it announced this partnership to coincide with the launch of one of the most hotly anticipated smartphones of the year, it has included some pretty enticing extras to sweeten the deal.

Google Play Music will also work with Samsung's AI assistant - Bixby, which will debut on the Galaxy S8 later this Spring. But Google and Samsung are trying to incentivize users to choose Google Music by offering "special features" for Samsung users. Beginning today, Google Play Music will be the default music player and music streaming service on new Samsung phones and tablets globally.

The Newmont Mining Corporation (NEM) to Release Earnings on Tuesday
The Company is primarily a gold producer with operations and/or assets in the United States, Australia, Peru, Ghana and Suriname. Eight investment analysts have rated the stock with a hold rating and thirteen have given a buy rating to the company's stock.

In addition, new Samsung phones and tablets will now come with a free three-month trial of Google Play Music. We couldn't be happier, as Play Music is any day better than any other third-party app brought by Samsung. This gives you ad-free and on-demand access to more than 40 million songs and thousands of playlists. You'll also get access to YouTube Red (where available), so you can enjoy all of your favorite videos with no ads. Besides there are other advantages if you want to migrate towards using Google Play Music for a Samsung user. You will be able to ask Bixby to start playing music and it will open Play automatically. Google's approach to most of its services has indeed changed; users are now the core of the company's services.

To conclude, we would say that this partnership between Samsung and Google's Play Music service seems legit. Machine learning is now a big part of the revamped service.
