Samsung's Galaxy S8 isn't even out yet but there's a "feature" that's not as secure as you might think.

Now that the Samsung Galaxy S8 has been unwrapped, the spotlight is now on the South Korean tech giant's next big unveiling, which will be the Samsung Galaxy X 2017.

North Korea threatens 'super-mighty' strike on U.S.
He said: "I urged him to use Beijing's unique influence to restrain North Korea and allow peaceful resolution to this crisis". North Korea has said it would test missiles when it sees fit and a South Korean analyst said he believed they would do so.

According to reports, because of the Galaxy Note 7 issues, Samsung had to pay more attention to the battery. "In addition, the Galaxy S8 provides users with multiple options to unlock their phones through both biometric security options, and convenient options such as swipe and facial recognition", the company told Ars Technica. Since its recent launch event, which was deemed by one analyst as the start of the "smartphone innovation super cycle", the Galaxy S8 has received a handful of positive reviews.

The device's key feature is the display. The second surprise though, was that Samsung had teamed up with Microsoft to sell a "Microsoft Edition" Galaxy S8.

The S8 is also home to Bixby, Samsung's virtual assistant that's a new rival for Apple's Siri. Before Samsung announced the Galaxy S8 would come with a single-lens camera, there were rumors claiming the handset maker plans to add a dual-camera setup on its flagship.

If clouds part, South Sound residents could see meteors this weekend
The Lyrids can occasionally produce as many as 100 meteors an hour, but an outburst like this is not expected this year. The Lyrid shower occurs every April when the Earth passes through the dusty tail of Comet Thatcher.

Our advice: If you get the Galaxy S8, don't use the facial recognition feature to lock your phone. The Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7, for instance, would not allow many users cleanly switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and vice versa because of missing LTE bands. The new smartphones are powered by the new octa-core Exynos processors with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
