Browns Draft Rumors: Trading Up From 12 In The 2017 NFL Draft?

Heck, the drama should have ended when defensive coordinator Gregg Williams told a room full of fans that they were taking the most athletic pass rusher to come out of college in years. Some of these are rooted in actual National Football League sources throwing a mix of real and false information in order to attempt to throw others off the scent of their intentions. But Sashi Brown, the Browns' executive VP of football operations, claims Osweiler could end up being their starting quarterback for the season.

Indeed, with seven days until the actual draft takes place, the narrative has shifted in the media on the Browns.

Other intriguing picks in this projection include a pair of top-15 edge defenders in Michigan's Taco Charlton (No. 14, Philadelphia Eagles) and Missouri's Charles Harris (No. 15, Indianapolis Colts), two versatile, athletic defenders in Michigan's Jabrill Peppers (No. 19, Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Connecticut's Obi Melifonwu (No. 28, Dallas Cowboys), and a dynamic running back in Stanford's Christian McCaffrey (No. 27, Kansas City Chiefs).

The Cubs' World Series rings have a goat on them
Right-hander Brandon McCarthy (1-0, 3.00 ERA) pitches for Los Angeles, and right-hander John Lackey (1-0, 4.50) goes for Chicago. Colorado starter Jon Gray left with a re-aggravated toe injury after allowing one hit in three scoreless innings.

The biggest steal of this projection comes at No. 25 overall, where the Houston Texans land the best quarterback in the entire class in Clemson's Deshaun Watson.

Walterfootball.com reports that the Browns are open to trading up from #12 overall in the first round to acquire North Carolina QB Mitchell Trubisky and have a willing trade partner in the New York Jets at #6 overall. The Cleveland Browns should look at one of the two with their second first round pick at #12.

Teams selecting at the top of the draft, will want guaranteed production.

Ruth Davidson Says She's Not Going To Stand In The General Election
Justifying the decision to call the election, Mrs May said: "The country is coming together but Westminster is not". The result easily surpasses the two-thirds majority of the 650 lawmakers needed to trigger an early vote.

The Patriots are pretty adamant in their leaks that they're not shopping Garoppolo and perhaps the Browns have chose to move on with a rookie quarterback. Every team misses. We are not going to be different in that regard. We think no matter how prepared you are, there is always a lot of uncertainty in the draft. We just don't think that is a good way to do business over time.

As for that first overall pick, Brown replied "Stay tuned next Thursday (laughter)".

Too bad the internet investigators already have their answer.
